This turns off the recovery unit when the recovery tank is 80% full.
The D.O.T. requires that recoverys tanks contain no more than 80% on their capacity.
So 30# tanks can contain no more than 24 lbs. and 50% tanks can contain no more than 40 lbs.
This is the YELLOW CORD THAT GOES FROM YOUR MACHINE TO THE 3 PIN FLOAT IN THE TANK.
As long as the tank has a 3 PIN FLOAT THIS CORD WILL WORK.
THE OTHER END OF COURSE SHOULD BE HARD WIRED TO THE UNIT.
